No problem! It's especially important to us that our heroes are completely satisfied.

You can return the item within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition (unworn and with tags still attached) for the return to be accepted.

Please note that different return conditions may apply during promotions.

Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order below. This will allow you to initiate a return and download your return form and return label. You can find your order number in your order confirmation or on your invoice under "Your order no.". To ensure the fastest possible processing of your return, it is essential that you include the return form.

You can return your order to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Enter your order number (e.g. 31080811) and email address below to download the return documents.

The items must be unworn, in their original condition and with tags attached.
Please note: Different return conditions may apply to promotional items.
A direct exchange is not possible. To receive a different item or size, please place a new order.
Important: If you used a voucher for your original order, please contact us via the HAIX Support Chat in the bottom right-hand corner before placing a new order – we will be happy to issue you with a replacement voucher code.
