Different insoles are available for Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low to increase or reduce the volume in the shoe. For this purpose, we have developed a slightly thicker insole for narrow feet and a slightly thinner insole for wider feet.
Our Vario-Wide-Fit-System allows you to adjust the volume in the shoe.

The men's model of the HAIX Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low is produced on a wider last to give wider feet more room in the shoe. There are no visual or functional differences here.

The Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low has a quick-release fastener with which the lacing can be quickly fixed. The lacing is easily tucked away in the flap, so that the hold is guaranteed during the working day.

While the Athletic models have a somewhat plainer colour scheme, Adventure models are designed with bright, eye-catching colours. There are no functional differences.

As a leisure shoe, the Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low does not have to be tested according to the DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) standard. This means that the shoe is not subject to certification. It is therefore suitable for orthopaedic insoles. This allows the Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.

You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.

Voor de eerste keer bij Haix besteld. De schoenen kwamen snel en de pasvorm was gelijk goed. Ik heb een brede voet met smalle hiel en normaal zitten eigenlijk alleen Meindl schoenen goed. Ik heb nu meer opties en kan nu ook afwisselen en dat is heel fijn.

inzwischen mein 4. Paar Haix bei dreierlei Modellen, Passform auch für 'zarte' lange Füße perfekt, sehr guter Halt und langlebig. Stretch-Schnürsenkel lockern sich bei mir mit Schnellverschluß - Wechsel auf normale Schnürsenkel im Schnellverschuß ist perfekt. Immer wieder gerne HAIX!

Ich bin über diese Schuhe, über eine Broschüre im Feuerwehr Magazin gestoßen. Ich habe mich danach auf der Website informiert und musste sie sofort bestellen. Und ich muss sagen sie sind perfekt in der Passform und sehr bequem, auch wenn man sie den ganzen Tag trägt. Aus diesem Grund würde ich sie immer wieder kaufen. Mal wieder einwandfrei!
Ich trage diese Art von Schuh seit Jahren und besitze mehrere in unterschiedlichen Farben. Ja, HAIX kosten vielleicht mehr als andere Schuhe, sind aber jeden Cent wert! Lieber ne Mark mehr ausgeben und sich und seinen Füßen was gönnen, statt in irgendwelchen Tretern zu laufen, jeden Abend schmerzende Füße zu haben und nicht zufrieden zu sein. Für mich kommt KEIN anderer Schuh mehr in Frage. Bestellen, anziehen, MEGA! Weiter so und immer wieder gerne!!!

Mein 5. Paar haix! Immer das selbe: zunächst 30-50km etwas eng und steif, danach aber wie angegossen. Auch für Problemfälle wie breite Füße, höher Spann oder empfindlichem Hallux ein absolut genialer Schuh.
